Antlers {faux and fabulous}

It isn't new to anyone that antlers in decor have become quite the trend.  It has been happening for some time, but more recently you can find an abundance of available faux antlers. Etsy is my favorite source, but companies like West Elm and Z Gallerie also have great options.  I love it.  This trend isn't for everyone, but that is okay.  There are many more trends out there.  Have you heard the fox is the new owl?  Yep, I'll touch on that another day. =)

For today I thought I'd share some of my favorite finds for introducing faux antlers to your kids space.  My kids room included.

I found this set of resin antlers at my local Hobby Lobby.  With a coupon they were only $12...steal!  I then gave them a few nice coats of glossy black spray paint.  I love the contrast they provide against my kids white walls and warm window shades.
