Our new home {part 4}

We are slowing pulling things together over here.  No matter what, this will be a project to span over the next few years, but we are making do with what we can.  The kitchen, I know, at some point will be my most favorite before and after.  So far we have changed the cabinets to white and the all the appliances are now new and pretty.  Those two changes alone made such a big difference.

I have big dreams for this kitchen...you can follow along with some of my inspiration on my house devoted Pinterest boards.  {32} and {kitchen and bath} will go along with this kitchen re-do.

My wants:
~ butcher block counter tops
~new back splash (the existing is atrocious)
~recessed lighting
~pendants over the bar
~new faucet
~hardware on all cabinets and drawers
~new sink
and I'm sure more will come as time passes.  Ideally, new cabinets in general, but I'm happy with what I have for now.  It is way too fun knowing that every effort I put in will be enjoyed by me and my family for years to come.  Owning so far has given us a few challenges, but we are loving it.
